1. Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions govern your use of the RehabRoute website and services. By using our website, AI checker, booking a consultation or purchasing a rehab plan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

RehabRoute provides:

• Physiotherapy consultations — in person and by video, delivered by HCPC-registered physiotherapists;
• The AI checker — an online screening tool providing general guidance only. It is not medical advice;
• PDF rehab plans — downloadable, clinician-designed exercise programmes for general guidance.

3. AI Checker Disclaimer

The AI checker is provided for informational purposes only. It does not provide a diagnosis, is not a substitute for assessment by a qualified healthcare professional, and should not be relied upon to make decisions about emergency care.

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 999 or go to your nearest A&E immediately. For urgent advice, contact NHS 111. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your symptoms.

4. Rehab Plans

Rehab plans are digital products delivered by download. Because digital content is supplied immediately, you agree that you lose your statutory right to cancel once the download has begun, and refunds are not available on downloaded content, except where a plan is faulty or not as described.

Plans are for general guidance only and do not replace an individual clinical assessment. Stop any exercise that causes significant or worsening pain and seek professional advice.

5. Bookings & Cancellations

Appointments can be booked online, by phone or by email. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Cancellations with less notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in full. We will always try to give you as much notice as possible if we need to rearrange.

6. Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Consultation fees are payable at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Prices may change, but changes will not affect bookings or purchases already confirmed.

7. Limitation of Liability

We take every care to provide accurate information and high-quality clinical care. However, to the extent permitted by law, RehabRoute is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the AI checker or rehab plans without appropriate professional assessment, or from reliance on general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, the AI checker, and rehab plans — is owned by or licensed to RehabRoute. Rehab plans are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be copied, shared, resold or distributed without our written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
