Initial Assessment
A detailed history of your injury and training load, followed by a hands-on examination and functional tests to pinpoint exactly which structures are involved.
Evidence-based rehabilitation that gets you back to training — stronger, more resilient, and less likely to get injured again.

Targeted hands-on therapy where it helps, combined with a progressive loading programme matched to your sport, position and training calendar.
Objective return-to-sport testing — strength, hop and agility benchmarks — so you go back when you're genuinely ready, with a plan to stay there.
“You progress when you meet the criteria — not when the calendar says so.”
Sports injuries rarely happen in isolation. A hamstring strain might reflect sprint exposure, fatigue or previous injury; a sore Achilles might follow a sudden spike in mileage. We look at the whole picture — your sport, your training history and how your body moves — before deciding on treatment.
Our rehabilitation is criteria-based rather than time-based. Instead of a fixed number of weeks, you progress when you meet clear markers for strength, range of movement and control. Load is introduced deliberately, because healthy tissue adapts to the demands placed on it.
We work alongside coaches and strength staff where needed, and finish every programme with return-to-sport testing and a prevention plan, so you leave with the tools to manage your own training load.
