“Exercise is first-line treatment for arthritis — not a last resort.”
Joint pain is common, but it is not an inevitable part of ageing, and 'wear and tear' doesn't mean you should stop moving. Clinical guidelines recommend exercise and education as first-line treatment for osteoarthritis because they reduce pain and improve function as effectively as many medications.
We build a programme that strengthens the muscles supporting your joints, improves mobility and gradually increases what you can do. For inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis or gout, we coordinate with your GP or rheumatologist and adapt around flare-ups.
You'll learn which symptoms are safe to work through and which need a change of approach, giving you confidence to stay active for the long term.
